A Container Dumper is used to secure 20-foot and 40-foot containers on the platform. It is equipped with a tail support positioning system and a hydraulic oil cylinder power system, which enables the container to tilt backward from 0° to 45°. The platform tilts backward as a whole in the 0°-45° range, allowing the contents of the container to slowly slide out of the container. It can be stopped at any position within the 0°-45° range.
Different products have different requirements for the discharge inclination angle. Our company has four standard inclination angles: 35°, 45°, 55°, and 63°. Depending on the installation method, we can provide permanent installation, semi-mobile installation, and fully mobile installation.
There are guiding devices and sound and light alarm interlocks on the ground of the working area to ensure that the maximum designed load can be carried and operation is convenient.
