The KRD Hydraulic Bucket Dumping Machine is a new generation of drum tilter structure developed by our company, also known as an automatic hydraulic drum tilter. It is a machine that can automatically dump barrel-shaped materials by means of a hydraulic control system.
It uses hydraulic power, and the controller drives the bucket clamping cylinder and tilting cylinder through electromagnetic valves. The bucket clamping cylinder raises the bucket stand and container bucket, clamping it tightly on the rubber seal of the stainless steel discharge bucket. Then the tilting cylinder drives the tilting lever, which in turn drives the tilting frame to tilt. When the tilting is completed, the discharge valve is opened for discharging.
To achieve the goal of no residue discharge, an air-driven vibrator can be activated. It can be used in both normal environments and explosive environments.
